Lynn was absolutely amazing in helping us find our new home. My husband and I were first time home buyers and really didn't know much about the home buying process. Lynn took her time in explaining the process to us and making a stressful situation more manageable. She had great recommendations for  professionals to help us throughout the different aspects of the home buying process. When we were looking at different homes Lynn was willing to squeeze us in whenever possible to make showings work with our busy schedule. Lynn helped us navigate one of the biggest decisions of our lives—relocating from where we’ve lived for over 20 years. At the same time, Lynn kept us grounded and always brought the conversation back to what  would meet our real priorities. Buying a house in a brand new place is a daunting task, but Lynn made it feel not only doable but exciting. She also provided helpful guidance and advice from our initial offer through closing. Bought a Single Family home in 2019 in Basking Ridge, NJ.

We very much enjoyed having Lynn represent us in the sale of our home. We had met with a few other agents before signing with Lynn. What most impressed us about Lynn, and why we decided to list with her, was her method and rationale for setting a list price. We never questioned trusting her, and  our house was on the market on a Tuesday; by Saturday we had 5 solid offers EACH ABOVE ASKING OUR ASKING PRICE. Lynn's strategy drove a ton of interest in our home - around a dozen showings in the 5 days we were on the market, all before we were even able to hold out scheduled open house. Lynn was very helpful and extremely responsive as the offers poured in, all through attorney review, inspection, and all aspects of our negotiation. Lynn was always professional and understood our goals right out of the gate. It was a pleasure working with Lynn.
